Biography
I
I have worked with both male and female survivors of sexual abuse and other trauma since 1999. I have experience working with adolescent and adult survivors, as well as with their family members and significant others. In addition to holding a Master's degree from Rutgers University , I am also a graduate of the Multicultural Family Institute, where I received additional training and clinical supervision in providing culturally competent therapy. Cultural competence includes understanding the impact of culture, ethnicity, sexual orientation, immigration status, religion, and social class on the healing process.
