Biography
Janet is a Registered Clinical Counsellor. She has extensive training and experience counselling individuals affected by trauma and addiction. As a counsellor at Cascadia Clinic in Victoria, Janet helped individuals, couples & families with issues such as domestic abuse, addiction, anger management and eating disorders utilizing a broad range of approaches including art and drama based therapies. Janet believes that we all have an innate imperative towards healing and personal transformation. In her personal life, Janet is often found in the garden growing vegetables or in her workshop creating with wood.
