This support group is open to adult male survivors of all forms of sexual abuse. Our goal is provide a safe space for men to explore and understand their experiences, learn from each other, and heal / grow in the process. Example discussions include knowing when you are safe, steps to recovery, managing emotions like fear and shame, developing fulfilling relationships, and planning for the future.

The group accepts new members at any time, and is staff facilitated
The Women’s Center provides free and confidential services to prevent and lessen the effects of trauma associated with domestic violence, sexual assault and other major life transitions to men, women, and children.

The purpose of the Trauma Recovery Empowerment Support Group is to create a safe, supportive and judgement free environment where survivors can discuss their healing journey and the trends/issues they might face with. This group will be using the TREM-M model and some handouts/discussion topics will be provided.
