Biography
oan Normandy Dolberg, LPC, NCC, employs a compassionate, strength-based approach in her work with individuals, couples and families. She began working with teens and their families in 1971 as a Learning Disabilities specialist and she has extensive training in various mental health specialties including abuse. Joan has been in clinical practice since 1998 and is both a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor. Joan is Past-President of the Virginia Association of Clinical Counselors(VACC), and is Chairperson of Public Awareness Committee of the American Mental Health Counseling Association (AMHCA).
