Haven't tried Garcinia cambogia yet.
I've been working on the gluten free diet. In most situations this translates as a wheat free diet. I can tolerate a small amount of wheat flower products in my diet, such as a few ounces per day.
The effects have been very rewarding. I must have had gluten intolerance since childhood. My IBS has 90% cleared. I'm free of diarrhea or loose stools for the first time in my memory. I feel better overall too. I'll have to wait a little longer to see if it results in weight loss.
I think this will result in a decrease of the inflammatory conditions which cause the belly fat. We'll see.
