Hank,

Just a few words of encouragement. I spent a great deal of my life hating the fact that I was gay. I was told it was wrong and I believed it. (Internalized homophobia - hating self because of homosexuality). I grew up in a southern catholic family who hammered it into me that I was bad for being gay. (sarcasm spoiler alert--they somehow managed to ignore that my own brothers were molesting me) One of the hallmarks of GLBT disclosure seems to be coming to a place where you accept that you will not be straight, that you will be GLBT (Gay lesbian bisexual transgendered) and that you further do not regret or hate yourself for this revalation. {Hence the reason GLBT festivals are called PRIDE..pride in self in spite of GLBT orientation and disclosure).

Remember to love your Bisexual self, and don't forget to challenge those around you who would shame you for being Bi.

Good Luck

Geoff
