work out on weights and eat more protein (meat, egg whites) they told us to eat like 4 egg whites 4 times a week when i was training in the football team.
also eat a lot of carbs like potatoes, pasta n stuff. there are some carbs bars too.
in training they told us not to eat lots of sugar to gain weight, sugar was to eat only bfore a game bcause .. i dont remember why but u should eat carbs n protein, that is
but u should work out. if u eat a lot n dont work out all u re gaining is fat
