Hello. I am 41 and have never really dealt with some incidents from my past. I have recently began to remember things I had forgotten. I think this has affected me in many more ways than I ever knew. Thank you for having me - hopefully I can find a way to start getting past it here.

Welcome to MS, john.

Welcome to Male Survivor John.

This should be a great place to start and hopefully complete your healing journey. Take your time and go at your own pace.

Take care,

Hi Johndoe, I'm new here too. I'm a partner, trying to be supportive & trying for both of us to be okay. I dont know how to post my introduction or anything else, can someone advise me please?

hey johndoe,

Sorry you life events led you here, but have hope. This community does have a lot to offer. It scared the hell out of me at first, but I have come to depend on it. I hope it can help you as it has helped me.

These self explorations can be painful. Give yourself the compassion you deserve and try not to get discouraged if working on these issues brings on non-linear progress. It will have its ups and downs, but healing is possible.

I wish you the best of luck on your recovery.

Feel free to message me if you ever want someone to talk to smile
