Suwanee Registered: 10/30/12 Posts: 303 Loc: SE USA	My wife and I took our kids out in the pasture near our house to try out our eight year-old's new telescope. We saw Jupiter and the moon...and as we were packing up, an amazing meteor streaked across the sky from north to south. I'm not sure why, but seeing the meteor and the excited look on my kids' faces filled me with an overwhelming sense of optimism. It was a good night.
