According to the Daily Collegian at Penn State,the costs to PSU for its involvement in the Sandusky case, to date, is $23,547,634. Read the story for details...The University also will pay the legal fees of Spanier, Curley, and Schultz. Those cases are only in their early stages.

Now he (Sandusky) wants to be treated like a prince. He has so many wealthy and powerful advocates that they have probably promised him an easy life with a great salary.

This book really helped me. It gave me an inward feeling for all that went on. I got personally involved with it. For me that was healing because I never went through anything like that. It was such a huge relief to see justice performed. To me the book was really refreshing.

One of the more interesting parts is how he aggressively pursued Aaron. He called his home a huge number of times. He went to his school to get him. He stalked him in his car when Aaron was coming home from school.

I read this book, too. Sandusky's behavior toward Aaron Fisher was so outrageous (chasing the schoolbus, etc.) that it made all the other accusations completely credible.

And I always enjoy hearing when one of these pervs gets put away--I don't know if they ever caught the one who got me.

The costs will be skyrocketing even more when they toss in the costs of defending Spanier, Schultz, and Curley.

And, then on top of that, we haven't even begun to total into the mix the settlements or judgments in favor of the victims.

But, this situation has been so damaging in human costs that even this big money seems inconsequential.

They place should still be closed down. By keeping the football program running at all proves that: 1) they have little regard for the victims, 2) football is superior a creature than the boys, and 3) that they expect this will all fade with time.

It says many other things too, but my keyboard has a limited life.
