The PSU administrators' hearing is delayed so the judge can resolve motions. Also,Sandusky appeals the revocation of his state pension for him and his wife...Here is the story...

Unbelievable--Sandusky wants to continue to be paid. Hopefully the State prevails. The judge needs to get a grip on trial of the others--time continues to lapse and nothing is progressing. Get it over.
