Anybody else suffer from sleep violence? It just started for me. 44 years of catatonic sleep, and now, suddenly I'm physically violent. My wife has had to wake me several times. Sometimes I remember it, other times I don't. One night I was dreaming I was being left out of my family reunion, and my niece, whom I love dearly, attacked me with a small knife. I got her on the ground and and was kicking her...hard. In the real world it was my wife's leg that got the kicks.

On another occasion I was up on all fours pounding the bed with my fist. This one I don't remember the dream, but do remember waking up in the act.

Anyone else? The only other piece of the puzzle is that I recently had a memory appear. One that does cause me great consternation. Obviously these two are probably related.
