OMG!!!

The prosecution for the Batman Killer in CO has to argue in court hearings as to whether or not the Psych-T's records are going to be admissible. Both bloody sides and the judge (really as a 3d party) are going to actually carry-on about the patient records and T's notes IN A MURDER CASE!!!

In my divorce case, the 'other side' just had to say "hey judge....he was raped for 7-years as a kid, thus he's fkd in the head now...so we need the T's records and all medical and hospital records." Judge NuckleShuffle immediately said "yes" without even looking up from his bench. So I am WORSE than a serial killer???

Am I missing something here? According to many here (usually) I'm wrong-minded regarding my outrage and rage over such matters.
