Don't push it! You've got so much to deal with, the last thing you need is to put more pressure on yourself.

Still, knowledge is power. Take what you can manage, keep what you can use, and forget about the rest!

P.S. It might be good to just close all the books, ignore the temptation to Google anything about CSA and sexual addiction, take a break from discussing anything that requires more thought than what to pull out of the refrigerator, and just watch a ridiculously silly movie. Just find a way to laugh. Just for an hour or two. We all need to get away from it all for a bit. It'll still be there later...unfortunately!
