had something like this
In the howling wind
Comes a stinging rain
See it driving nails
Into souls on the tree of pain
From the firefly a red orange glow
See the face of fear
Running scared in the valley below

Having lived in the world of furries for a few years, I got lots of people recommending that I get a giant plush to sleep with at night...there are a lot of companies that sell ones that are body pillow sorts of sizes that are soft.

I've never gotten one myself....I should!
If I know only one thing it's that everything that I see
Of the world outside is so inconceivable often I barely can speak
Yeah I'm tongue-tied and dizzy and I can't keep it to myself
What good is it to sing Helplessness Blues, why should I wait for anyone else?

that's cool, Husky!

i also bought myself a friend - that is related to my self-image. Just before going to WoR, where they suggested you bring a stuffed animal to cuddle, i saw a walrus that looked like this - and is about 20 in long.

i adopted him - for several reasons. i have a big mustache that some describe as looking like a walrus. i was in high school when the Beatles' "I am the Walrus" came out - and i loved it. in high school art, i made a stuffed walrus for an assignment - which i've since lost. it just felt like a fortuitious meeting.

I am the Walrus!

Or just as mad.
