Thanks for posting that Ken. Here is something from that article that jumped right off the page at me, concerning a 42 yo woman teacher who had an "affair" with a 16 yo boy in NY state:
The judge ruled that, although [the teacher] Geisel's behaviour had "crossed the line" to the realm of the "totally unacceptable", the teenager was a victim only in the strictly legal sense.
Oh really? Let me see...because at least he was "getting some"? And this is the view of a judge! The teacher got six months.
The cases in this article are really interesting and it does look like things are moving in the right direction, at least in Australia.
