JapanZen, That's a really good one! Last week my T was suggesting that one exercise that is good for grounding and creating safety when a survivor feels a flashback or panic attack coming on is to repeat a reassuring phrase he has composed and memorized in advance. This sort of thing would be perfect. Much love, Larry
