it's the morning again

right now i do not have a job

and i am sitting in my living rooom thinking of searching

for one

but not quite happy with the prospect -

i see the slanting piercing light through the blinds hit the wall

i hear the morning traffic pass by in a kind of start to the day

rushing

i think how i would like some meaning in my life -

even if i don't share it with someone -

i just want a sense of what i am doing -

belief in something

- perhaps

a worshiping

can give a sense of understanding and a place

amongst all the 'chasing time' -

slowing down to the

daily rythm of sun and breeze life and weather -

where is the meaning - a song to and of my experience which i

wish i had someone to tell - and share with -

Well, we are a poor substitute, I suppose, for a warm loving human to be with you. But you have told us and shared with us--and I am enriched because you did.

I'm sorry that you don't have someone to tell and share with. I know the feeling.

What you write strikes a resounding cord with me. I dread being out of work. I have been before, a number of times, and depressed and confused, all mixed up together.

Those were not good times.

I for one hear you.

Even when others say you have a "purpose," a "gift," a "reason for being," you can feel like you truly have none.

But you do, MGB. You reach us, you touch us, you make us face what we all face, and realize that we're not alone in it.

I, for one, am grateful for that, because I know I'm not alone in my feelings. And now you're not either.

Peace and love, my brother. I care.

Scot
