Thanks Jer. My therapist and I talked about forgiving myself for acting out with others, I started crying. I guess I am growing.
Life now is feeling feelings
all the time, even if I am scared or sad
I am not the wicked little boy I thought I was
I can still dance without shame, I did not do anything wrong. It was done to me.

shit a lot has happened since I wrote this poem
but I really like where I am at now.
Funny to read old replies, esp. durring my marriage that is now over. And once again I thank all who are here, I think u have saved me a few 100 times over.
