alexey Moderator Emeritus MaleSurvivor Registered: 08/16/05 Posts: 1674 Loc: Moscow, Russia	Guys, For the purpose of understanding the Russian literature culture, I seriously recommend reading Venedikt Erofeev's poema Moscow to the End of the Line (Rus.: Moskva-Petushki). Yes, I could see the survivor's manners in the main character. He is an alcoholic and also quite an intelligent man. I have quite a few Russian colleagues, mainly in Moscow and SPB, but usually I only see them here in W. Europe. So it would be interesting to read something about the Russian literary cultural scene.
