Charlie, yes, it is the author who makes the book.It is real good to find a book that addresses the issues that you face, but there is a lot more you need to know, and it is hard to find all the resources you need.
The internet can be good, if you google with the right search phrase.
I dont know if there is any book out there specifically for teens, but there are some good books, like victims no longer, and abused boys, both written by guys who really know stuff.
There are some brilliant women also who write some brilliant stuff. Maybe someone else give you an idea of better stuff to get your hands on.
The grief issue, is part of SA, its not about losing people.

How Long Does It Hurt? A Guide To Recovering From Incest and Sexual Assault For Teenagers, Their Friends and Their Families by Cynthia Mather and Kristina Debye. Jossey-Bass, 1994. Written by an incest survivor, this book speaks directly to sexually abused teenagers.
