JUST WANTED TO SHARE WITHE ANYONE WHO MIGHT BE INTRESTED. A FRIEND GAVE ME A BOOK BY JOHN ELDRIDGE CALLED "WILD AT HEART". IT DEALS WITH RECLAIMING YOUR MASCULINITY-NOT FROM A SA SUVIVOR STANDPOINT BUT SIMPLY AS A MAN. THERE IS SOME REALLY GOOD INFO IN IT-I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!!

Why? Our church's mens group was doing a class on it, but the macho bullshit drove me out quick. I couldn't stand how these "real men" were hiding so much of themselves behind "being a man". Still hurts to think that. But I won't know. I never stuck around. Truthfully, I was dissed by a leader in a small group. He was basically in charge of the whole class, and after I stated something in a small group, he totally ignored my comment, and that night....I really needed some attention. Didn't get it.

But what about the book excited you?
