To All,
I was looking around & see that I seem to be Talking a lot. Lots of opinions & comments to many of you. I guess that's where I am right now. LOUD! I can't seem to keep my mouth shut.
So I wanted to say.....If im getting on your nerves, I AM sorry. I really am NOT trying to be a Know-it-all, or have all-the-answers. I think I just need to spill out all that is bubbling up from within. And you all seem to have a nack of turning up the heat on this pot of goo that is my soul. And that, is pobably a good thing in the long run............BL

hello, BlackLeaves. Continue to talk. Say what you believe. If somebody, or persons don't agree with you, I am sure they would post a response. Remember, I believe we all have something to say. That is how history proceeds. bosishere

getting it out like thad said in his inner child post, spill the beans, open the can of worms, oxygen not only helps things live, it also can kill, i understand that things have to be said no matter if there liked or not its the fact that some of this shit has to air, when im with my counsilor the most deafing and friting sound i hear is my own voice, being able to express in these post has been a step that i think we can agree upon, it hurts just to think of it, but telling on your self is suppost to be good in the right place, it has seemed ok here...
good luck...

Keep talking! When things bubble up and come to the surface, they vaporize and become nothing or at least nothing to fear any longer. When I talk to my therapist I usually surprise myself. I think that each of us, inside somewhere, has the bits and pieces that make up the answer that we're looking for. The longer you talk the more pieces get dislodged and in time the puzzle will become whole again. For me the most difficult things to talk about have been the most productive in initiating change. It takes time.

Take care,

I want to stay as close to the edge as I can without going over. Out on the edge you see all kinds of things you can't see from the center.

From my perspective, if we don't take the initiative to vent, express our memories and frustrations, or respond to one another, this forum wouldn't be very helpful. I am learning so much from you guys, and IT IS HELPING...unbelievably!

One of the good things about this forum and the way in which it is organized is that you can skip those things that don't resonate with you at the moment without worrying about being impolite or disengenuous (I had to look this one up!).

I say, BL, keep those posts coming....and thank you!
