I just thought I'd ask, can you all give me any of your own experiences with feeling the good things in life - joy, love, excitement, empathy, happiness - for the first time since allowing yourselves to feel the pain of long ago and releasing it? That's how it happens, right, you finally feel the pain, then you can feel all the other GOOD stuff out there? What would it be like to "wake from the dead"?

BH,
i have been told that that is how it happens. I believe it. We can be happy and whole. I am not there yet but i am on my way. I will do whatever work necessary for me to heal. I have been the walking dead most of my life. It's time to come to life. The work has to be done if one is to know true happiness. luv and light, Sis
