Sometimes SAR shows up "here" too - when she isn't busy over in Gaboogastan (hope I speeled that right - was never very good with Spelling or Geography.)
SAR is the one who dispenses cookies & milk (non-fat, lactose-free) along with a dollop of Good Old Fashioned Common Sense.
Although she is unquestionably one of THE most brilliant, luminous creatures, she is careful not to shine so brightly that she singes our retinas.
And -listen up Youze Guys: SAR is not a "girl," she's a Grownup!

:p

Yeah she is a girl, even if she is a woman, she has loads more common sense than me.

She is reserved in emotion, but can empathise with people, that in itself is a huge plus.

When I joined this place, I thought, hmmm, maybe I do not fit, due to being a slightly different culture, and I try not to show it by using your terminology etc.

I suppose I fit some, I dont really care, I can always hide in my shell. :p

SAR, welcome to Gaboogistan,

ste

The Awakening Age, by Ben Okri

O ye who travel the meridian line,
May the vision of a new world within you shine.

May eyes that have lived with poverty's rage,
See through to the glory of the awakening age.

For we are all richly linked in hope,
Woven in history, like a mountain rope.

Together we can ascend to a new height,
Guided by our heart's clearest light.

When perceptions are changed there's much to gain,
A flowering of truth instead of pain.

There's more to a people than their poverty;
There's their work, wisdom, and creativity.

Along the line may our lives rhyme,
To make a loving harvest of space and time.

Ben Okri, 1999

Thanks, Sar.

Caro, GBush is a perp, and he would show up on the Gaboogistani perp radar, as no politicians are allowed to enter the place.

Gaboogistan is in off topic, go and see it,

NEW JOB OPENING!!!

High Tech Anti-Clutter Associate needed to train intelligent but overly sentimental Mailbox Owner in the gentle art of Letting Go & Filing old, but meaningful PM's.

All applicants must be fluent in Gaboogistani.
