Hi Nyjah - This is a good place to vent. I bet you're really pissed off at that JERK for putting you through this crap!! I'd be plenty pissed too!! Get out those feelings, guy, before they back up in your system and make you emotionally constipated!! Get the crap out!!
Sorry you're all sore and all! Your spelling was hard BUT the whole reason to type is communicate and that you did very well!!

Nyjah:

So glad to hear from you even if it was for reading your anger which IS justified. Sometimes life ISN'T fair that good people have to pay for things beyond their control and the SOBs who did it seem to get off scott-free.

But, I firmly believe in the old saying, "Every dog has his day." He will pay for his deeds some way, some how, some time. You or I may not see it happen, but it will.

As angry as you or Ryan may be, revenge isn't always the answer. Yes, if someday you are strong enough to deal with it in criminal court, that's one thing. I often fantasized blowing my uncle's brains out for what he did, but knew that this would solve nothing even if he were still alive. He would have won because I would have given up my freedom and used all of my energy to hurt him.

To this day, I don't know if I would have been strong enough to even face him in court.

So, concentrate on healing yourself for now. I know that it hurts physically, but it WILL get better each day. You need to focus on positive things as much as you can. Pain can bring about a lot of memories and scary flashbacks. But, you have a wonderful sister there who loves you very much and a group of guys here who are rooting for you.

You're an incredibly brave young man and NOBODY can take that away from you....ever.

Hey Nyjah,

It's good to see you back here - don't mind youe spelling one bit... - You got the point across well I think - the man who did those things to you should be made to pay - and pay he will - whether it's durring this life or after - the price he is going to have to pay for what he done to you is gonna be a very high price!

It is good that the surgery went well and that you seem to be recovering fast - I hope that the soreness will fade soon...

Nyjah, the hurt should not be yours to got through. Nobody should have to be hurt this way, and it sucks when I read this stuff.

Sometimes it doesnt feel easy trying to be strong, but I hope the physical pain will be over soon.

Typing with one hand is hard, I find typing with two hands hard, because I always make mistakes and miskey stuff, but I get there,

take care,

ste

Good to hear you're going home soon. Take your time, though. Hospitals CAN be depressing places - full of sick people. but, they are also places of healing the body. You've been a brave soul through all of this.... There's a lot to be said about your conquering fears about many things. It's one thing (and most people do feel this) to just be afraid of surgery - it's scary because you don't know what to expect. A good doc will explain everything beforehand. but, you also felt the fear connected with the abuse and went thru what you had to do to heal physically.

I hope you give yourself a HUGE pat on the back for getting yourself thru this! \:\)

Take it easy when you get home... you'll take a while feeling a little weak from the anesthesia, but each day will get a little better.
