i was molested by my cousin about 30 years ago and i thought i forgave him. he has been to my house as recently as april of 2000 and we chatted and hung out like guys do.we never spoke about what happened. soon after all hell broke loose and now im in therapy. i wrote to him telling him how angry i was about what he did and asked he never to contact me again. i dont understand how i was able to treat him like a buddy for so much of my adult life and how now my life is in such turmoil. i left my wife in february and am now on celexa(an anti-depressant). i also am seeing another woman. how could things have changed so quickly? i hate him and wish bad things happen to him.

I am glad enough time has gone by and your feeling strong enough to face some of these things and take a stand for yourself. Your not alone, its a very confusing path we find ourselves on when we start to look at some of this stuff and the feelings come up. This is a good place to talk some of it out, i wish you well on your journey, dont forget you have company here, ok?
