i dont sleep well. my mind has always raced like that, when you are all worked up inside, i guess that happens. for me, meditation, yoga and prayer help to calm me internally before i even try to sleep. what things calm you?
as r2k4 said, working out during the day helps. it makes your body tired, and can help the anger if you channel your anger into it. then something relaxing before bed can help too.
if something goes wrong for me, i have this. just had a night where i didnt sleep when i started having issues with my prostate. the worry of the tests, the fear it might be cancer, and i just couldnt sleep. it happens, but when it happens too much it can really wear you down, i know.
keep working on your anger, and try finding ways of venting it. when you heal enough that the anger starts to leave, i think you'll be fine.
