hi. i found this site while surfing and im hoping someone can give me some advice or support. iam dealing with abuse issues and its destroying my life. i sort of hoped i could forget things and move on and i cant. i am a mess and i hav eno idea what to do, besides therapy which is not helping. anyway, please let me know if there is some huge secret to dealing with this crap. thanks guys.
