Time and time again the authorities over here in the UK have let the children of this country down, the local government, police, social workers, schools, clergy and all we hear again and again is that they are learning the lessons of their mistakes, but in the meantime thousands of children are being abused.

Just how many mistakes do they need to make?

trigger warning!

Hundreds of children have been systematically raped, beaten and sex trafficked in a northern English town for more than 12 years. And it is still going on, a government commissioned report says.

The city's government recently made the inquiry's report available on its website.
Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Exploitation in Rotherham (1997 2013)

"The first of these reports was effectively suppressed, because some senior officers disbelieved the data it contained," the report said.
Social services managers downplayed the problem. Officials thought reports were exaggerated. Law enforcement gave it little importance.
"Police gave no priority to (child sexual abuse), regarding many child victims with contempt and failing to act on their abuse as a crime," the report said.
By the time awareness of the problem increased by 2009, thinly staffed social service workers were overwhelmed by the number of potential victims.

it is hard to tell where the incompetence and ignorance end and the evil begins.

CSA is an institution as old as prostitution.

The skeptic in me say the police overlooking it had less to do with incompetence and ignorance and more to do with culpability and complicitness.

Deep investigations should be made into each person who "overlooked" this for any reason.

The Rotherham case is the tip of the iceberg.

In the UK, hundreds of kids are forcefully given to their named paedophile abusers in the family court everyday if the abuser is the father of the child.

Even as this Rotherham scandal is dominating the news and the entire country is agog with it in disgust, family court judges are handing down court orders against little children who have been abused forcing them against their will to visit their abusers and have over night and weekend stays. The child(ren) often get re-abused and are usually afraid of their abusers and if the child continues to refuse to go, they (Social Services, Children's Guardian, Judges) turn on the mother and lay all the blame on the mother and accuse her of coaching her clearly abused child to have lied that they were abused and that that constitutes emotional abuse! Then they quickly put things in motion and use this false allegation of emotional abuse against the mother as an excuse to remove the child from the care of the mother and return them to their named paedophile abusers.

In the wake of the current news, I have had nearly 20 cases that have gone horribly wrong from the Police and Social Services investigations - they almost always botch the investigations (possibly deliberately) in which case the case wouldn't get to criminal court - and then it ends in the family court where the judges makes draconian orders against sexually abused children and their non-abusing parents and hold all these proceedings in secret and the victims are not permitted to speak of any injustice, threats, harassment, bullying and abuse they suffer during the court process at the hands of these court appointed officials! If they speak out they get put in prison for contempt of court!

Many of the non-abusing parents are either prosecuted in secret courts for anything ranging from contempt of court (and this is very easy for them to concoct against the parents) and then sent to prison to breach of non-molestation orders if God forbid they bump into their own children in town, or they falsely label them with a psychiatric disorder that they do not have in which case they can take the further step of forcefully sectioning them in their own private mental clinics. They do not let independent NHS get involved because they would easily see that the victims are not mental, rather they have been victimised by a very powerful network of paedophile who have judicial reach!

That is the greater problem in the UK - intrafamilial child sexual abuse!
Daily I worry for the safety of my young sons - but worry achieves nothing! So I pray for their safety!
