I'm 19 now and I was abused when I was about 12 in a public bathroom. Ever since I was abused I have always frequented public bathrooms to masturbate (it seemed to be the only thing that totally got me off). In the bathrooms I had no problems getting off but when I was by myself at home I could not orgasm without peeing first or else I would have a painful ejaculation with my sperm being mixed with urine. I continue to have this problem and have never really been able to ejaculate at home without peeing first. Has anyone else heard of a sexual dysfunction like this?

Hi Juan,

Welcome to NOMSV. I'm sorry that I haven't heard of that particular dysfunction but I know they can come in many forms. Sexual abuse causes many problems in our ability to live our lives in what we would consider a normal way. I hope you will pull up a chair and stay a while. Listen to Brian..he's not lieing..or was it the other way around...just kidding! I was sexually abused at 12...more than a few times and I can't climax with out being fisted...you think that you have a strange problem. SA always gets his man sooner or later! Hang in there it's only sex and this can be helped by a therapist...at least to except your strangest!
