Could you do something to get calmer and more grounded?
Listening calming music sometimes helps me, actually I have to listen all time something, radio, TV, CD or even just sounds form outside.
Also I like to run, I've started two months ago and after ten or fifteen minutes I would suddenly start listening my foot-steps, breathing, hearth beats....and by so getting sense of relaxation.
It preoccupies my mind just enough to get relaxed and stop repeating same cycle of thoughts.
Some guys told that PC games can help, well I get stressed sometimes by it and it is not for me.
Maybe there are things that could help you to feel better and get needed rest?
