So I thought I would post something positive instead of my usual pity party. I had the best T session to date yesterday!!!!!! My T is amazing man we have developed a great bond and have made a lot of progress. I am riding the wave of feeling good at the moment so I am going to just enjoy it. Good luck to all that our on this same journey. Everyone keeps telling me that this journey is a must. I now believe them....

Wow, you are flying Flight laugh
It is nice to read something so positive and uplifting. There is always hope although it is very easy to forget to look in it.

Your post made me thinking on positive aspects of my healing journey. I also made nice bond with my T and couple friends too. I'm learning to step out of my comfort zone and break isolation, it is risky and difficult task but I'm determined to go there.

Keep sharing with us!

Pero

Thanks for the reply's everyone...

This just could be one of my notorious mood swings but I will take what I can get.

My T and I have formed such a close relationship that I think he gets as much out of therapy as I do. He wants me to come twice a week but I just can't justify the expense, when I told him that he offered to give me pro bono sessions to help me. He is such a great guy.

Have a great evening everyone I love having so many brothers..

Great to hear Davis, especially that your enjoying the good feelings.

Don't however feel guilty about posting negative stuff, or feel you owe peoploe something positive after negativity. Just share what you want and need to, if it's good that's fantastic and myself and the other guys who read it will be equally pleased for you, ---- if it's bad, well that's sometimes the way it is.

Hey FM,

Glad to hear you so upbeat. Enjkoy it, you've worked hard to get there. As many of us have found, this recovery process is a roller coaster of emotions. There can be highs of self-realization and understanding, and lows of doubt, anger and fear.

I'm not trying to take the wind out of your sails, but just be prepared for some tuff stuff ahead.

Be well,

Jude
