Hi Frustrated,

Welcome. I'm new here as well (about 8 weeks or so.) The amount of healing I've experienced just by reading the discussion threads and talking with other guys via the chat room has been astounding.

You've come to the right place. Hang in there and feel free to read, post or chat as you wish.
Never worry about "three steps forward and two steps back." Thirty steps forward and twenty back are still ten steps in the right direction.

Where do you start when you have not found the beginning it's so overwhelming I can't wrap my head around it

Welcome to Male Survivor. You can post specific questions or just vent, it doesn't matter. There are some really insightful men on this site and Iḿ hopeful you will get much needed support.

Best to you.

just like putting together a puzzle - start anywhere and put together the pieces as they come to you. there is really no right or wrong way to begin. once you get into it - stuff arises and demands your attention. you probly won't have to wonder what to tackle next. it is not like you have to deal with things in chronological order - or in ascending or descending seriousness - just jump in and get started.

As my life goes on I believe somehow something's changed
Something deep inside...
I've been searchin so long to find an answer
Now I know my life has meaning
Now I see myself as I am, feeling very free...
When my tears have come to an end I will understand
