Our inner healer is awakened by safety, connecting with supportive, empowering survivors and supporters that simply through their own success and reaching out want to help other survivors thrive. Be aware of the trigger or memory, initiate the inner healer and learn to calmly, safely navigate through the agony and terror of tat rejection, abandonment and destruction.
