Hi I would say just keep doing it, better than not taking risks. Theripy and groups etc. For me my trust was taken away in childhood and ive suffered a lot in my life because I don't trust. I don't want to wear no trust as a medal anymore. I have to decide to trust things now as a solution. Or spend time with worry and worst case scenario assumtions.
I have to come around and go back to trusting. I am not at risk of being abused or molested so I don't need to stay at high alert or paraniod of peoples motives.
