Love the state fairs. I go the Kentucky State Fair every year in Louisville. Love the animal pavilion and the all the hand created displays. They even have a "tackiest" (my description because they are) Christmas tree exhibit. I love it.

And I haven't ridden a carnival ride in years and years... for the exact same upchucking reasons you mentioned. I chose to retain my manly dignity in public after the last scene I created. Whew.... triggered!

Fun again, Gary. Thanks for sharing the memories.
