Orchestral stuff, if you fancy that:

Hey guys-I found this really cool new song that is out. It's called "Wake me up," and it has a very uplifting feel to it. I hope you like it.

I've listened to this song a lot recently. It's probably about love (as usual) but I think it's pretty good and sort of inspirational. I just saw the official video which totally doesn't seem to match up with the lyrics, so this is just a boring video of the lyrics.

I also really like these guys called Twenty One Pilots. They have a lot of songs about depression, but they're not depressing. They're a lot different to anything I ever heard. I forgot what the album is called but I love everything on it, which is kind of unusual.

I forgot to add this. It was pretty much my anthem a couple of years ago. It's called Natives by blink-182. A lot of my friends were really affected by it too. Couldn't find a proper video for it. (if you ever listened to Angels and Airwaves then the intro sounds really like the intro for Young London)

Edit Reason: to add something

Had a look and didn't see this in the series of posts, so my contribution.
After only a few months into therapy, I was feeling empowered I guess, good and pretty positive.
I was spending some time going through my old records, and came across "Maybe I'm Amazed" by Paul McCartney. I love the song but never really paid attention to the lyrics. I knew them but they held no meaning for me.
I decided this was a good choice to update my digital collection and went to iTunes and downloaded it.
My wife came home from work and I played it for her, as she came in the door.
She hugged me tight and asked if I was trying to tell her something.
I stopped and listened to the chorus...

"Baby Im a man and maybe Im a lonely man
Whos in the middle of something
That he dosent really understand
Babe Im a man and maybe you're the only woman
Who could ever help me
Baby wont you help to me understand"

I was suddenly stopped in my tracks, dumbfounded.
I became very emotional and needed a moment to collect myself.
She held me tighter and told her that I guess I was, even though I was not consciously aware of it.

I am frequently astonished at the ability of the mind to do things like this.

Just thought I'd share this.

This song has been helping me alot recently. Short and simple lyrics. The lyric which is repeated alot is- 'at the end of the day all we have is who we are'.
