I'm in the middle of one of the most complex work situations ever, I think.
A mess has been created by double booking classes in facilities that I manage. This has caused multiple people to get caught in the fray and some people are exposed due to their making mistakes, or feeling like they are going to be victimized by the mistake.
Suffice it to say, I am surrounded by a myriad of different emotions coming from different people as a result of this and I'm navigating through this confusion by communicating and supporting and assisting however I can.
I'm surprised at how agile I've been handling this whole situation. Keeping in mind the emotions and ego of each person that I'm working with, while skating through the complex unresolved issue (as of yet).
Feeling pretty proud of myself.
