Don't know or care if this memory is real. I'm just happy. I was at my roommate's sister's house patial this morning then came back. Her two sons are three and four years. They laughed and ran and played. So much fun and their joy filled me with contentment. I drifted to a time and I don't know how old I was. But I was laughing and having fun. My mom looked clean and not high or drunk. She was playing at a park with me. We were laughing and it was perfect.

I so love this day. His sister laughs when I call them little dudes. I guess I ware the word out.

lol

Boy it was fun. They are adorable. Maybe I should try to remember better times with my mom more. I really never remember ever going to a park until now. I know there has to be more better times too. If there is a God. He/She sure smiled on me today.

oh my gosh, Luke !!!
YOU were golden today !!!
.... and I don't know if there is a God or not, but someone is charge of those Angels which watch over us. What a special day and memory for you- and how you so deserve it.

My Sweet Luke,
I can just see the sun shining on your sweet happy face.
You walking down the street; singing a bit and dancing as you move.
It makes me happy that you are happy.
I hereby declare this moment a "Happy Trigger".
I hope life brings you, and all of us, more of those.
Dumont

Hi Luke. Great post man! It really brought a smile and some sunshine into my otherwise crappy Monday. I have had the same thoughts and feelings when in the company of happy, adorable little kids. They really do have the ability to take you away from yourself for a little while. Oh yeah, and I also use the term "little dudes". Also "munchkins". Ha ha! smile

Hope you get the opportunity to spend more time with those awesome little dudes. I'm sure they could benefit from having you in their lives. Take care. Peace,

Ken

Thanks

It seems no matter what good happens. I always go around the corner and find a tragedy just waiting for me. This post I started is like a distant memory now. I seem to never be able to stay happy in life. So hurting now. Thanks though.

Not going to happen.
We will beat the shit out of the darkness until it bleeds daylight.
Do you hear me Luke!
We deserve better and I'll be fucked if black fucking clouds are going to stop us.
