I know this sounds so high school but I want to share this song. I love it. It may seem kinda sad but if you listen to the lyrics it really is kinda hopeful.
It's called "Hellhole Ratrace" by the Girls.
Check it out the song and the video. It speaks to me and my life a lot, lol.

Here are the lyrics too:

I'm sick and tired of the way that I feel,
I'm sick of dreaming and its never for real.
I'm all alone with my deep thoughts.
I'm all alone with my heartache and my good intentions.

I work to eat and drink and sleep just to live,
Feels like I'm never getting back what I give.
Ive got a sad song in my sweet heart.
And all I really ever need is some love and attention

And I don't want to cry my whole life through,
I want to do some laughing too.
So come on, come on, come on, come on, laugh with me.
And I don't want to die without shaking up a leg or two,
Yeah, I want to do some dancing too.
So come on, come on, come on, come on, dance with me.

Sometimes you've just gotta make it for yourself.
Sometimes sugar, it just takes someone else.
Sometimes you've just gotta make it for yourself.
Sometimes baby, you just need someone else.

And I don't want to cry my whole life through
I want to do some laughing too
So come on, come on, come on, come on, laugh with me.
And I don't want to die without shaking up a leg or two
Yeah, I want to do some dancing too
So come on, come on, come on, come on, dance with me.

Sometimes you've just gotta make it for yourself.
Sometimes honey, it just takes someone else.
Sometimes you've just gotta make it for yourself.
Sometimes darling, you just need someone else.

And I don't want to cry my whole life through
I want to do some laughing too
So come on, come on, come on, come on, laugh with me.
And I don't want to die without shaking up a leg or two
Yeah, I want to do some dancing too
So come on, come on, come on, come on, dance with me.

Thanks, I really like this. It's a bit more chilled than my usual music, but I really like the lyrics. Weird that two guys called their band Girls though.

Have you listened to Twenty One Pilots? I like a lot of their lyrics - about depression and stuff. Migraine is good. And Holding on to You. Actually all their songs are awesome.

Glad you like Twenty One Pilots. Iíve heard some of James Blake on the radio recently. I looked him up and found he did a cover of a Joni Mitchell song that Iíve been listening to a lot lately. For some reason. Its not like Iím a massive fan of hers. My girlfriend is obsessed with The XX and Angels is her favourite song. She thinks itís romanticÖ (I think she is weird).

I saw this band called Motion Tourist a couple of weeks ago. Iíd never heard of them before but they turned out to be pretty good. Last month I saw Bastille (for the second time). I totally recommend them. One of their warm up bands was called The Ramona Flowers. They were really awesome. I think they are going to be huge. Iíve downloaded their EP but it doesnít sound quite as good as they did live. I also really like Everything Everything right now. I could talk about music forever. I pretty much listen to anything Ė except classical music.
