Eh, watching it its close enough to that I can say "yeah, I know that feeling" especially when it comes to losing time or feeling like there is two of me. But I would never show it to anyone and be like "here, this will teach you about it." I guess I would say it gets some of the emotions and frustrations right but not really the causes or mechanisms, if that makes sense.

I haven't seen it yet. I'll try to watch it as soon as possible.

Netflix has 3 different movies with this name. Which is the one? Is it the one with Brad Pitt?

I worked pretty hard on this stuff some years ago. I had about a dozen. Mostly children. My T taught me deep relaxation, in which I could call them out and listen to music and persuade them to integrate. It worked beautifully. Finally I had 2: Adult and boy 12-years-old. They were about 85% resolved by EMDR with a lot of loose memory tags. However, last night as I was about to go to sleep I felt that feeling, maybe that you're talking about. So apparently there is another one.

It is not stupid question LAD.
I've seen "switching" with complete disconnection between two "sides" of one person that could easily be used as basic plot for the movie.

Very much looking forward to your thoughts on Fight Club, Uncle Puffer.

I'm very amused by the idea of this happening. : )
