I'm an avid walker. Have been since childhood and just love it. Along with a daily walk when it isn't below 40 degs F, I do bodybuilding with free weights.

I agree with WriterKeith. Wanna lose weight? Just walk like you mean it.

Thanks for pulling this post up, Keith.

I usually am on MS when I'm working oh in the elliptical machine (using my iPhone web browser). The advantage is I work out longer!

I'm up past 30 minutes-closer to 60 minutes - four times a week.'the weight I out on being depressed and all the past four years is going away and I heft MuCH better sleep and am less irritable.
