Wondering if there is something similar to male survivor discussion board for female survivors. A friend is in crisis and does not want to talk to another therapist as she has not had good experience with this in the past. I am hoping peer support via anonymous posting might be a better first step right now. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Pandora's Project Someone here recently called it "the girl' site" and I thought "but I'm on it!" But part of the reason I went there was to get the "girl's" perspective.

While it is not strictly for females effectively it is because of the numbers there. I spend as much time there as I do here. It is a very good site.

You need to register before you can see most of the forums. There also are good articles on the site through the main page.
