Meds have worked great so far. My viral load has undetectable for 6 months. CD4/CD8 ratio at 1% at 406. No Med side effects so far.

Haven't really been on this forum. Shame on me, right? ;-)

Glad to hear about the lack of side effects and improvement in the numbers. Keep posting. The VL is particularly encouraging. Once the bad guys are severely depleted, the lymphocytes can start to rebuild on their own.

(btw, PM me anytime...poz 20+ years here and just started new meds).

Dunno if this is like you, but I found that stress was the thing that would screw up what was left of my immune system faster than anything (a couple cases of shingles, for example). In the sense it forced me to work on my recovery and make some hard choices about negative people in my life, I guess it actually had a positive effect. But sheesh!

My latest cd4 is 514 with my cd4/cd8 ratio at 1.08 HDL at 50, and Triglycerides are going down. Small Snoopy Dance smile
