tshodson Registered: 06/13/12 Posts: 128	Although it is no surprise, attorneys for Jerry Sandusky today officially filed their appeal of Sandusky's conviction. A three-judge panel will review the record, the legal briefs, and the oral arguments of counsel and then decide whether the trial judge made significant errors in the trial.

KMCINVA Registered: 08/31/11 Posts: 948	Let's hope it does not proceed--I do not want the boys to have to relive their abuse in public again--they were brave and from what I have read, the probability of winning an appeal is minimal.
