Hey guys, just to let you know, I spoke with Andrew by telephone this morning and he and I will keep in touch while he is away. He says to let you know that he is okay. I will check in on him frequently to be sure. He just didn't want you guys to worry.

No one has even responded, how that hurts me for Andrew. Because between yesterday and today I can not get him to answer his phone. He says he no longer wishes to talk with anyone and sounds more despondent than ever. I am so very very worried for him. I don't know what to do without some advice from this point. I called the crisis center of his area code but they said unless he declares himself harm, they can not intervene. Please pray for his safe return.
Andrew, if you read this, please please call me so that I know you are all right.

Hi Ric,

Some of what is perceived as disinterest might be a bit of confusion as to whom you are referring.

There are several Andrews who come here. At first I thought you were talking about Andrew (just plain Andrew) but with a little research I can see that you are worried about Andrew76, correct?

If so, please try to be patient. He says he will be on the road all week and will be in touch when he gets back.

It is difficult for me at times to be OK with the anxiety and worry I feel. Writing about it and asking others for help with it is a positive way to deal with it.

I see that you are a very empathetic person and your concern for others is a great quality.

Andrew has given all sorts of reassurances for his safety. With all that he has been going through lately, probably some time away from everything is what he might need to clear his mind.

Thanks for caring so much. Take care of yourself and don't let your worry distract you from the important work of healing that you are doing.

OK, end of unwanted advice section here! :-)

Take it easy, Ric.

Regards,

Hi LostinPA, I care, and I think all the people here care about Andrew76. I did not respond to your message due to misunderstanding on my part.
Take care.

Just in case you're here, or Andrew76 double checks.

I'm brand new here, but I sincerely care. I just didn't post any replies because I didn't know what to say.

Ric,

At times I find it hard to respond to all posts that I read. I have gone through the page so many times and yet I do not reply to most of them. Just because I dont reply does not mean I dont care. It may mean that either I am touched and dont know how to respond or someone else has already stated a good reply. I too was throw as to which Andrew you where talking about. It sounds like you are doing the best that you can. At times all we can do is be here for them when they feel ready to come back and talk. I know that you are doing the best that you can and that all of us here care for you and Andrew.

lots of love, Nathan

Thank God, and thank you all for your shared compassion. I believe when our hearts reach out it sends a ripple in the universe and this time it really worked. Thanks everyone for helping make this happen for Andrew76. He called late last night and is okay. Still hurt by his circumstance but okay. I am so glad for his strength to walk through his pain. This is a GRAND day.
