Nyjah Member MaleSurvivor Registered: 07/14/07 Posts: 600 Loc: On my skateboard.	I left chat to lay down, try and sleep. As soon as my head hit the pillow I felt like I was suffocating. I spent 20 minutes pacing, trying to get back into bed but I couldn't. My skin felt like it was on fire every time it touched the sheets. I'm somewhere safe. They can't get get to me here. They're not important enough to even worry about and yet...they're stealing sleep. _________________________ Do I really look like a guy with a plan?

It sounds as though you may have a panic attack. If so it will help just to talk it through. Just the act of lying down in bed puts me on a little trip. I'm taking generic Ambien to sleep now. It is habit forming. Puff
