NOTICE THAT I HAVE A NEW LOGIN?

WHY DO WE HAVE TO GO THRU A LIFE OF TORMENT BECAUSE OF WHT SOMEONE DID TO US? CAN'T PEOPLE JUST LEAVE PEOPLE ALONE??? I GUESS I'M HAVING AN ATTACK! CRYING NOW.CAN'T SEEM TO FORGET SOMETIMES. WHEN I CLOSE MY EYES, I CAN SEE THEM...STANDING THERE, NAKED. GRINNING, HEAVY BREATHING. WHY DO SOME PEOPLE HAVE TO BE SO MEAN AND CRUEL? HOW CAN I STOP THE HURT AND THE UNCLEAN THOUGHTS??? WAS IT ..MY FAULT...NO IT WAS HIS AND THEIR FAULTS, I JUST HAVE TO KEEP REMINDING MYSELF THAT, OR I'LL GO NUTS.EVERY TIME I SEE A HEADLINE, OR ON TV THAT AN ABUSER HAS BEEN DISCOVERED OR ARRESTED, MY HEART STOPS. LITERALLY! WHAT CAN WE DO..WHAT? SORRY........

I'M HAVING A HARD TIME NOW WITH A NEW SHRINK....NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT MY HORRIBLE PAST, NOT EVEN MY WIFE. SO, PLEASE DON'T EMAIL ME. I'LL READ THE REPLYS HERE! THANKS FOR UNDERSTANDING..I JUST HAVE TO TAKE TIME TO THINK.......THANKS, SCOT

It goes up and down. What makes it easier for me is communicating with others what happened. It is hard to share this stuff w/ spouses. It also may not be fair to dump it on them. If you feel your shrink is not helping get a new one, do not waste time or money. I had to change last year, and I am glad I did. I know it is not easy, I have been struggling big time. Lately it has gotten better, but when I am home alone & I have to sleep alone I get scared like a little kid. I hope you have a better time this weekend. Take care.

Keep talking about your feelings, you have to let it all out, but only in your time. I remember when my dad was making fun of me walking naked thru the house and then made me get in the tub and then he threw shit in the water then he got me out and told me i was a piece of shit. I dont mean to make you feel worse, but to this day still have flashbacks of certain things. It is shitty, and I will pray for your search of a good therapist and
just remember God never leaves us, he is always there, your best friend, it is man that leaves the good life that God has for us in this earthly life. I too am crying a little , it is sad, but guess what, you are on your way to healing, and please don't give up, pray if you believe in prayer.
