tshodson Registered: 06/13/12 Posts: 128	In case you missed it, yesterday, Judge Cleland rejected Jerry Sandusky's bid for a new trial. The judge issued a 27 page opinion. tshodson Registered: 06/13/12 Posts: 128	This means that the trial judge decided against Sandusky on his motion for a new trial. It means that the case will now proceed to the intermediate level court of appeals. In essence, it limits Sandusky's legal options. He must now convince the Court of Appeals that Judge Cleland committed "reversible error" in the trial proceedings. That will be difficult for Sandusky to do...
